We ask that all pupils have an in case of emergency contact listed on their record so that we may get in touch, particularly should your child become unwell.
Please provide the office with any changes to address or telephone numbers for parents/carers or any other person you have listed as an emergency contact for your child.
School will issue a form annually for parents/carers to complete. This ensures we have the most up to date information on our system at all times.
